Four years ago, we (Wylie Jack family) made our first trip to Phoenix, Arizona.

We decided that Phoenix was one of the best places we’ve travelled, and can’t wait to retire there during the long cold Canadian winters. #Goals

Fast forward four years, we were contacted by Four Peaks Brewing Company, from Tempe, AZ. They had a dilemma and need some not-so-easy tap handles made in record time.

Wylie Jack Tap Handles loves to problem solve, so we took on the task. Four Peaks Brewing Company received their custom tap handles within 30 days.

What makes these custom tap handles so special?

They are for the Arizona Diamondbacks Grapefruit Radler. A Radler for the Rattlers!

The D-backs are an American professional baseball team in Phoenix, Arizona. The club competes in Major League Baseball as a member of the National League West Division. They play their home games in Chase Field, and have won one World Series championship in 2001 - which made them the fastest expansion team in the Major Leagues to win a championship. Established in 1998, they are the only major league men’s sports team from Arizona to have won a championship title. They have also won five NL West division titles, one NL pennant and one Wild Card game.

More about Four Peaks Brewing Company:

They make beer - a lot of different kinds. We stole their Beer Release Calendar from their website to give you an idea of the types of beer they create. They brew “off-the-wall” ingredients in their single tank series, and always brew with intent to make some of the tastiest craft beer.

Four Peaks Brewing Company started in 1994 in an 1890’s building that was once an ice house, a dairy creamery and a recording studio. They have tours of this 8th Street building, so book yours now to experience the history and taste the brews.

If you would like the beer but are not in this area, there are 3 other pubs to choose from: Wilson tasting room in Tempe, Scottsdale Grill & Tap, or the Sky Harbor International Airport, Terminal 4.

Interesting tidbit:

Celebrate April 6 Tartan Day with some Kilt Lifter!

Four Peaks Brewing Company's Kilt Lifter: Great American Beer Festival’s Silver Medal 2009 & 2013. Bronze Medal 2014 WBC. This is an ale made in the tradition of the great strong ales of Scotland. Amber colored, malty sweet with underlying note of smokiness.

With all this beer and baseball, Arizona is an even better place to visit!
