After two long years of research and development, we are proud to announce our new line of 3D urethane tap handles.
What took us so long? We wanted to be different from the rest. We saw things that could be improved upon and did not want to rush to market with just another handle.
One mission was to reduce the weight of the handle. During our research we heard too many times about "phantom open tap" that would open overnight due to the weight of the handle. We have developed a proprietary system that allows us to make a lighter casting without sacrificing strength.
By reducing the weight we have also been able to solve another problem: Price. 3D urethane handles usually have a high price tag. We wanted to develop something that small brewers could afford. We are now competitive with some Chinese imports while still using Canadian labour and resources.
We are also able to offer better service and timelines. Due to our location in Canada and capitalization of the local labour force we are able to react quickly for our customers. No more waiting 3 to 6 months for your handles to come from China.
Wylie Jack Tap Handles is located in the Columbia Valley in eastern British Columbia, Canada.
We use local talent and are very proud to not outsource any of our products overseas.
